This role offers the opportunity to work on projects that directly support mission-critical operations, including a state-of-the-art industrial facility. Key Responsibilities Lead site development, including site master planning and site selection. Design underground utility routing and plan site space for optimal efficiency. Perform hydrology analyses for storm drain system design. Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems. Prepare final grading plans, including cut-and-fill analysis and earthwork balancing. Develop erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approvals. Research and apply Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction. Conduct stormwater analysis and modeling using tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 4-8 years of experience in industrial development projects. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D. Strong understanding of site design and infrastructure analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
