The City seeks a temporary seasonal Civil Engineering intern who will perform a variety of field and office duties in support of the Engineering Division's operations and goals. This position is designed to afford undergraduate or technical program students an opportunity to receive a first-hand view of the dynamics of local government. The internship program augments academic training by providing exposure to the various operating departments, field circumstances,engineering principles, and public interaction that are part of a municipality's daily activities.
