Working with us, you will: Prepare civil engineering designs, including project plan and specification production, utility system layout and analysis, site grading, erosion control plans and other site related features. Lead projects and serve as the project civil engineer ensuring that the technical aspects of the project meet the quality expectations while complementing the design intent. Collaborate with other civil engineers, site design professionals and permitting specialists as well as architects, building engineers, and planners. Produce civil engineering designs, including preparing project plans and specifications for site development or redevelopment of educational, medical, research, commercial and public facilities. Provide guidance and mentor junior civil engineering staff. Perform site reviews, construction site visits, and coordinate all aspects of Construction Administration. Communicate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and all government levels of regulatory agencies regarding engineering, permitting and site development issues. An ideal candidate has: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of design experience working as a Civil Engineer. Professional Registration required. LEED AP preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D programs; stormwater modeling experience a plus. Ability to multi-task under rigid deadlines.
