Additional Skills & Qualifications * Expertise in reading plans and working with concrete and masonry systems, structural modifications, demolition, and carpentry. * Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, Life Safety protocols, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen setups. * Experience in theme parks is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project). * Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications. * Understanding or willingness to learn construction techniques and practices.
