Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Site Civil Engineer with a strong background in land development and stormwater management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Plan, design, and execute land development projects including site layout, grading, utility design, and permitting across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, warehousing, retail and public infrastructure.
Design stormwater management systems that align with environmental and regulatory requirements.
Lead preparation of due diligence/feasibility studies, construction documents, engineering reports, and regulatory submissions.
Resolve engineering challenges and ensure technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Follow projects through construction phase including field observation, shop drawing reviews, resolve field issues.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and municipal/public reviewers throughout all project phases.
