This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager. What You Will Do: Support all phases of programs from inception through completion. Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines. Be the liaison between project management, suppliers, project teams, and line management. Work with Suppliers, work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. Review project and budget status, manage schedules and prepare reports. Monitor and assesses suppliers and internal project issues and works resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer- satisfaction goals and objectives. Provide support on any Change Requests or Supplier Requests for Information tasks Support design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field Experience in Engineering Project Management Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written) Qualifications We Prefer: Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Aerospace industry experience Experience navigating competing priorities, delivering the highest level of engagement, and delivering successful outcomes in critical situations. Experience leading projects and teams within a highly matrixed organization Knowledge in electro-mechanical Design is a value Ability to interpret engineering drawings GD&T knowledge Experience with working multiple schedules in parallel.
