The Project Coordinator in the Civil Department is responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising activities related to civil engineering projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field. EIT/PE License preferred. Knowledge in AutoCAD/Revit. 1-3 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in construction or civil engineering projects. Comfortable in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. Proven communication skills including written, verbal and listening communication skills. Ability to work independently in the field and to make on-site evaluations. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Familiarity with construction regulations and civil industry standards. Keep site management informed of all circumstances that could affect projects. Prepare weekly project reports detailing project progress. Review and compare discipline drawings for inconsistencies, omitted information and conflicts, etc. Interface between craft and engineering to resolve drawing issues, Interaction with disciplines: subcontracts, material management, project controls and automation tools.
