Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) registration required Registration in Washington (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Registration in Oregon preferred. Minimum of 12 years of progressive civil engineering site development experience including the following: Preparing fee and qualifications-based proposals Managing multiple, concurrent projects Leading design team efforts Successfully managing project budgets and schedules Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team Mentoring junior staff Client management Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations Stormwater experience in Western Washington strongly preferred Excellent communication, client service, and team leadership skills. Ability to foster long term client relationships Business development interest and the ability to help win and grow work.
