    BPO Hunting Sales - Service Line Specialist - IOA (Intelligent Operations and Automation) Level: Director About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Service Line Specialist to join our Intelligent Operations and Automation (IOA) business within the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) team. This individual contributor role is pivotal in driving growth and innovation in our BPO/Digital Operations segment. The ideal candidate will possess 15-25 years of experience with a strong track record in consultative and empathetic selling, particularly within SaaS, online, and platform-based businesses. The role demands a dynamic professional who is well-networked within the technology and digital native industry and understands the culture and vibe of this fast-paced ecosystem. While the candidate will own and manage existing client relationships, 50-70% of the focus will be on acquiring new logos and expanding our footprint. The ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder environments to close large multi-million dollar deals is essential. Based on this role's business requirements, this position requires 3 days a week at the Client/Cognizant site mainly in the Bay Area / California / Washington area. What you need to have to be considered: · Solid knowledge of the technology industry, particularly with large tech platform companies. · Experience leading an annual revenue scale of $20Mn+ and handling TCV of ~ $10-30Mn. · Extensive experience in the scale operations domain, advising clients on strategic priorities including but not limited to optimum location strategy, business value proposition, engagement model transformations, and demonstrating industry standard methodologies. · Relationships at senior levels within the relevant industry segments, especially in the Alphabet group companies. · Exposure across operations service domains including Enterprise services, Digital customer experience, ML operations, and Content services. · Minimum of 15-25 years of industry experience preferred with a minimum of the last 10+ years in the Digital native technical landscape. · Knowledge of how matrix structures work across global markets. · Strong analytical and consultative selling approach. The Role in Brief: Partner Development Representative The Partner Development organization develops innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities for EAB and Seramount (an EAB business offering employee-centric talent solutions to help leading companies unlock what's possible with a truly engaged workforce). As a key team member, the Partner Development Representative (PDR) is responsible for initiating relationships with prospective partners and optimizing team interactions. Key Responsibilities: * Act as a specialist in affiliate channel sales, providing expertise in Retail verticals. * Coordinate externally with clients and partners, ensuring that prospect needs are met and maintaining strong, professional relationships to drive client satisfaction and repeat business. * Resolve complex issues during the sales process with a focus on maintaining strong relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for both prospective clients and the organization. * Represent Rakuten Advertising at trade shows, seminars and industry events. * Understand our competitive landscape to effectively sell against competitors and position Rakuten Advertising as the market leader. * Use the MEDICC sales methodology to qualify prospective client deals across a full-cycle sales pipeline. * Accurately forecast pipeline using Salesforce and Gong while also utilizing Gong to improve all facets of the sales process. * Utilize in place strategic sales systems to track pipeline performance and progress, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality customer service. * Consult on sales strategies and solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across acquisition to provide guidance on best practices and develop customized approaches for prospective clients. * Some travel required.
