Nothing. The CEO allows a very unsafe and racially hostile work environment to exist , with full knowledge and proof of the culture
By acknowledging the existense of the unsafe racially hostile work environment , and taking corrective action.
I didnt. But I would have worn long sleeves to keep fleas off of me from the stray cats the warehouse manager allows in the warehouse in Harrisburg.
Im not sure how they compare.
I experienced racial slurs and unethical language from the warehouse manager as well as the company director , who is also the best friend of the president of the company. Human Resources allowed this unprofessional culture despite countless complaints from staff.
