In 1980, he embarked upon a 23 year career with Burger King Corporation, which included assignments in R&D and field operations. Don joined Firehouse Subs in 2003 as Director of Franchise Compliance, rose to COO in 2005, and became CEO in 2009. Under his leadership, the brand has grown to over 1185 restaurants in 46 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. In 2011, Fox was awarded the Operator of the Year Award by Nation's Restaurant News. In 2013, he became a member of the National Restaurant Association's Board of Directors (now in his eight year of service) and received the association's Advocacy Award. Also in 2013, he received the Silver Plate Award from the International Food Manufacturers Association, and was named the #1 executive in the Fast Casual segment by FastCasual.com. In 2018 and 2019, he earned a spot on the list of the Florida 500 - Florida's Most Influential Business Leaders, Also in 2019, he was named an Industry Titan by Women's Food Service Forum. A board member of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association since 2013, he served as its chairman in 2017. He serves on boards in both the non-profit and for-profit arenas, both within and outside of the restaurant industry (among them, the Army Historical Foundation). Fox is also a published author. Among his works: "Patton's Vanguard - The United States Fourth Armored Division"​, published in 2003 (soft cover edition released in 2007) and "Final Battles of Patton's Vanguard," published in 2020. Fox is a frequent speaker and panelist at conferences and events both within and outside of the restaurant industry.

Greg Flynn is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Flynn Restaurant Group and Flynn Properties. With more than 1,250 Applebee’s, Taco Bell, Panera, and Arby's restaurants doing greater than $2.3 billion in sales and directly employing more than 48,000 people in 33 states, Flynn Restaurant Group is the largest franchise operator in the US. Flynn Properties invests in commercial properties on the West Coast and has owned and managed more than 3 million square feet since its founding in 1994; it also owns, in partnership, the luxury resorts Esperanza, located in Los Cabos, Mexico, the Carneros Resort and Solage, both located in the Napa Valley, and the Hotel Madeline in Telluride. Greg has been recognized as one of the Bay Area’s Most Admired CEO’s by the San Francisco Business Times. He has twice been named Franchisee of the Year and three times named Operator of the Year by Applebee’s Services Inc. He was honored as Restaurant Leader of the Year by Restaurant Business Magazine and Operator of the Year by Nation's Restaurant News. Ned Lyerly is the CEO at Carl's Jr. Restaurants Llc. Previously, Ned was the President, International at Carpinteria, California. Ned earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Business Administration and Management, General from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Todd Penegor joined the Company in June 2013 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in May 2016. Mr. Penegor previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from September 2013 to May 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Penegor worked at Kellogg Company, a global leader in food products, from 2000 to 2013, where he held several key leadership positions, including Vice President of Kellogg Company and President of U.S. Snacks from 2009 to June 2013, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg Europe from 2007 to 2009, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg USA and Kellogg Snacks from 2002 to 2007. Prior to joining Kellogg Company, Mr. Penegor worked for 12 years at Ford Motor Company in various positions, including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, the controller’s office and treasury.
