The Crew Person is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. This role provides each guest with a positive experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees. WORK ENVIRONMENT ▪ Fast paced environment working with kitchen equipment in tight quarters PHYSICAL DEMANDS ▪ Stand for long periods of time ▪ Bend and stoop ▪ Work around heat ▪ Able to lift 50 - 75 lbs. comfortably ▪ Work with various cleaning products
