I am deeply grateful for the consistent support I've received from my colleagues, including both past and present supervisors, in my personal and professional development. My team has helped me so much to build confidence in myself and my work, and I appreciate that we all make continuous efforts to ensure that everyone feels valued and heard. I am empowered to work independently, while also having readily accessible support from my team for any questions, concerns, or collaborative efforts that are needed. The respect and kindness I've consistently experienced, from all of the Clackamas Education Service District staff that I've met, has made me feel welcomed and safe in my day-to-day work. I also find my work to be profoundly meaningful, which goes a long way in terms of job satisfaction. Serving CESD staff, students, and communities across Oregon makes me feel like I have a real purpose. I believe that CESD has made significant strides in recent years, driven by the dedication of its current staff. Overall, I would highly recommend working here!
