MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB: They will analyze first reports, contact insured/claimants promptly, and evaluate contract language to identify coverage issues. The specialist will develop and maintain accurate and timely investigation and loss analysis, establish reserves, and recognize and pursue recovery. They will adhere to statutory and regulatory fair claims practices and identify potential fraudulent claims. The specialist will also manage the use, work product, and expenses of outside vendors, and evaluate claim facts. Gate Guard
Gate Guards are responsible for occupying the front desk, member check-in, handling guest fees, and answering the phone. This position is only offered at select pools and is limited to applicants who are too young to be lifeguards.
Lifeguard
Lifeguard's primary responsibilities are to prevent accidents and to ensure the safety and control of all patrons. Lifeguards are also responsible for maintaining front gate control by enforcing the proper check-in procedures set forth by their respective club. In addition, Lifeguards are responsible for completing pre-established daily and hourly tasks, and a variety of miscellaneous tasks as directed be the manager on duty.
Head Guard
The Head Guard is a designation given to the most Senior Pool Operator outside of the Manager and Assistant Manager. They will on occasion fill in when either the Manager or Assistant Manager is off duty as well as prepare themselves to take over managerial duties at the end of the season when the managers have left for school. Head Guard are typically previous End of Season Operator's and the goal of the Head Guard is to prepare them for a managerial role the following season.

The Assistant Manager's main job responsibility is to assist the Manager in everyday pool operations. The Assistant Manager will be the Operator on Duty while the Manager is off duty and fill all necessary roles in the absence of the Manager.
Manager
The Manager is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the facility. They monitor the operation of the pool's filtration system, front gate procedures, and the established lifeguard rotation. Managers maintain proper inventory levels of chemicals, equipment, and supplies at the facility.
