Key Responsibilities: Handle cargo damage, loss, and shortage claims for COSCO SHIPPING's ocean services. Negotiate and recommend fair settlements; coordinate with insurers, P&I Clubs, external counsel and internal departments on complex recovery cases. Maintain professional communication with customers, agents, and internal teams; provide clear claim explanations.
