About You * Sales-Obsessed Energy: You love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers. * Social & Digital Savvy: You know what's trending, what's viral, and how to translate that into an amazing customer experience. * Customer-First Mentality: You get people, and you love making them feel confident and empowered. * Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility. * Ready to Hustle: You're organized, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to level up. Job Requirements * You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers. * You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations. * You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience. * You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs). * You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers. * You are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day. * You are energized by interacting with customers and stive to provide excellent service throughout their visit. * You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression. * You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management. * You possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling. * You are a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. * You're self-motivated and organized, as some of our stores may require you to work alone at times. * You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends, which can contribute to enhancing the customer experience and driving sales. * You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
