Basic understanding of core ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, UPT, CTR, and bounce rate. Experience running reports in Shopify and/or GA4. Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com. Bonus Exposure to A/B testing tools or experimentation workflows. Experience QA'ing promotions, merchandising updates, and site configuration changes. Familiarity with one or more ecommerce or marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, VWO/Visually, Klaviyo, Attentive). Comfort working in spreadsheets to pull, organize, and maintain performance reports (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
