Track production data and maintain machine fluid levels

About the Job
The Kiln Process Attendant assists in everyday functions of the operations including limestone crusher circuit, kiln, product transport, utilities and ancillary processes.
+ Completion of daily data collection checklist. Collect daily silo measurements. Collect samples from the limestone kiln-feed, coal belts, cooler or in some instances the firing hood. Analyze sample for quality control.
+ Check lubrication levels and test kiln diesel auxiliary engine.
+ Walk the plant and inspect belts, screens, screws, feeders and kiln. Report on any issues or faults on equipment in a timely manner.
+ Perform housekeeping tasks - Clean grates, screens, chutes, and hoppers. Maintain clean work areas including catwalks, platforms or other areas accessible for work.
+ Inspect and clean pre-heater rams with the pressure washer.
+ Effective communication with team members including radio communication with Supervisor and Control Room Operator.
+ Operate mobile equipment for continued kiln feed for the kiln, emptying reject bins, coal bins, etc
+ Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ Experience: At least 1 year of working in an industrial environment required. Experience working in a lime kiln crushing plant a plus.
+ Certifications: MSHA part-46 Certified Miner certificate a plus.
+ Licenses: Valid Driver's License preferred.
+ Knowledge: Basic maintenance knowledge of belts, conveyors, screens, feeders, etc. required. Basic industrial knowledge including applying safety standards in accordance to MSHA preferred.
+ Skills: Basic use of Microsoft Office and inspection and timely reporting skills are required.
+ Abilities: Ability to learn specific MLC operating procedures, collect samples, and operate mobile equipment.
+ Behaviors: Effective communication, able to work independently or on a team, and task-oriented.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Jemison Branch. The position generally follows a standard schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; hours may vary based on business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership:
Follow MCB values in leading, encouraging, and mentoring branch teller staff. Lead by example.

Conduct meaningful monthly coaching sessions with each direct report.
Develop and execute a training plan for each teller.
Enthusiastically support bank initiatives.
Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with branch and interdepartmental teammates.
Sales & Service:
Deliver unmatched service by consistently executing the MCB PROMISE.
Handle customer transactions efficiently, with minimal errors and in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Answer the telephone using MCB protocol. Warmly transfer calls when necessary.
Develop a conversational competence about all bank products. Take the initiative to develop product knowledge. Consistently identify customer needs and present solutions.
Job Functions:
Approve teller schedules.
Assist tellers with finding outages.
Order currency.
Make daily deposits and withdrawals for customers which includes checking proper ID and verifying signatures.
Issue money orders and correctly complete the transaction in the log book.
Buy and sell money from the vault.
Open mail and process transactions.
Process night drop deposits.
Prepare and verify vault shipments.
Fill out Currency Transaction Report forms when necessary.
Accept loan payments for customers and process with minimal errors.
Accept safety deposit box payments for customers.
Assist customers with reordering debit cards.
Assist customers with re-setting their online banking password.
Complete all assigned training by the required deadline.
Process cash advances.
Review daily cash items and general ledger reports.
Prepare the daily teller balancing report.
Assist Relationship Banker with administrative duties as needed.
Complete all assigned training by the required deadline.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description
Monitor consumers in matters of grooming, money management, discipline and social activities.
Conduct and document on periodic checks of consumers and facilities as assigned by program supervisor.
Conduct Basic Living Skill trainings in individual and group sessions.
Document all billable services, shift notes, and other significant interactions in electronic health record.
Ensure consumers sign for any billed services.
Assist in the arrangement for proper emergency medical care of residents when needed.
Routinely monitor and ensure facility safety and upkeep, assuring a suitable environment for residents.
Assist in de-escalation of consumers utilizing appropriate CPI techniques and documenting.
Perform housekeeping functions in all areas of the program.
Complete routine maintenance chores and see that equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Prepare meals following the program menu and document according to Food Bank and agency policies and procedures.
Observe the behavior, attitudes and physical condition of residents and report significantchanges.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability and physical capability to assist in the restraining of consumers acting in an out of control manner.
Sufficient physical strength and mobility to help lift and support residents.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and facility maintenance.
Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with the seriously mentally ill.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Must be moderately proficient in computer technology and systems.
Must be able to follow a menu and prepare meals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school or equivalent. Some experience in supervising or providing care to individuals who are disadvantaged, emotionally or physically ill and/or behaviorally maladjusted.
Must hold a valid driver's license andmaintain a driving record that is acceptable to Carastar's insurance carrier.
Must maintaincurrent CPI, Red Cross First Aid and CPR Certificates.
