The House Parent plays an instrumental role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children who need a safe place to call home. As a House Parent you will work directly with children to provide support, guidance, and positive reinforcement. You will help children with daily tasks and activities, and you will be responsible for creating a sense of family within your home.
Responsibilities
Live in your assigned cottage, helping to care for and provide for up to eight children.
Teach and lead cottage rules and daily routines.
Provide encouragement, guidance, and counseling to residents.
Participate in educational and recreational activities with the youth.
Ensure that all children's physical needs (food, shelter, etc.) are met.
Help children build self-esteem and gain skills to overcome difficult situations.

Supervise and coach Shelter Supervisors, supporting performance, growth, and emergency decision‑making
Develop and implement staff training, risk management, emergency preparedness, and crisis response protocols
Oversee client services, respond to guest grievances, and participate in audits, certifications, and site visits
Collaborate across departments and with community partners, including volunteer programs and community meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum two (2) years of social services experience and two (2) years of managerial or progressive leadership experience
Ability to work flexible hours and provide coverage when needed
Valid driver's license
Able to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith

As the Building Engineer, you are primarily responsible for ensuring proper, safe, and efficient operation of the air handling systems and associated equipment. This position will also maintain mechanical equipment throughout the Museum, and upholds policies and standards related to care and maintenance of historic and non-historic structures.
Requirements
What You Will Do
Operate the mechanical and electrical systems including all boilers, chillers, and auxiliary equipment, pumps, controls, and valves.
Checks operating equipment in each mechanical area daily and log operating parameters, note safety discrepancies, and make minor adjustments and repairs, as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance to all equipment in the required time periods, and shut down and start up work, and standby units as required to meet normal and emergency requirements.
Identify safety hazards and take appropriate actions to protect personnel and visitors.
Maintain and repair electrical and plumbing equipment.
Maintain prompt and reliable attendance in order to successfully perform the duties of the job.
Fosters a culture of collaboration and proactive support for institutional activities.
What You Will Bring
First Class Stationary Engineers License required
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
3 to 5 years of experience with mechanical equipment to include chillers, boilers, pumps, and air handlers.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge and skill in operating and repairing standard facility systems including mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, water and plumbing systems.
Intermediate knowledge of standard procedures for responding to emergency situations involving malfunctions of facility systems or required shutdowns due to safety and security issues.
Must be able to lift, carry, and push 60lbs.
SCHEDULE INFORMATION:
9:00am - 5:00pm every other Sunday, 4:00pm - 9:00pm Fridays (for full time)
Part time hours flexible, depending on availability and organizational needs
Flexing for events - some evenings required!

Philbrook is seeking a Guest Experience Floor Coordinator who serves as the Lead Guest Experience Sales Associate, overseeing daily front-of-house Guest Experience Team operations as part of a team of Guest Experience Sales Associates and Guest Hosts striving to maximize revenue and facilitate fun, memorable, and quality experiences for guests. This role includes scheduling responsibilities for the team and will work closely with the Guest Experience Manager to provide proactive team leadership, ensuring staff are equipped with necessary information and resources to create exceptional experiences for Museum guests.
What You Will Do:
Leadership:
Provides guidance to the team in coordination with the Guest Experience Manager
Oversees and executes high performance guest experience operations including: welcoming guests, assisting guests with planning their visits; effective use of the ticketing system and database; ticket/membership sales and cash handling
Supports ongoing efforts to ensure visitor safety and institutional accessibility and inclusion; responding to guest inquiries and complaints; and collecting and sharing visitor feedback.
Clearly describes, assigns, and delegates responsibility and authority for guest experience operations, in absence of the Guest Experience Manager.
Scheduling:
Schedule Guest Experience Sales Associates and Guest Experience Hosts to maximize efficiency and productivity for daily and after-hours operational needs, events, and programs
Creates daily post-rotation schedules to ensure seamless transition and minimal impact to all departments
Relationship Management:
Builds strong relationships across the institution by communicating proactively and maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Delivers exceptional customer service and demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and professionalism when interacting with Philbrook members and the public.
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent with combination of education, training, and experience
At least one year of customer service experience; preferably in public facing sales position
