Qualifications:
10+ years of successful HR leadership experience in a facility or plant setting
Extensive knowledge of HR systems and HR management practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven ability to resolve customer-related issues, drive process improvements, and improve operational efficiency.
Experience in navigating matrix environments and balancing local market needs with corporate priorities.
Demonstrated success in delivering corporate HR programs and ensuring their integration and acceptance at the local level.

Summary
The Family Service Worker is responsible for providing protective foster care and supportive services for abused or neglected children. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Functions
Investigates suspected child abuse and neglect complaints by making on-site visits, securing background information, and interviewing parties involved. Discusses investigative findings and observations with supervisor and recommends the opening of protective services, foster care, or supportive services cases. Intervenes in crisis situations, removes the child from the home if the situation is life threatening, and arranges for temporary placement in foster homes, group homes, or treatment facilities. Develops a case plan to establish goals, objectives, tasks and time frames for all parties involved in case. Provides counseling and guidance to clients in defining their needs, interests, and courses of action and refers clients to other professionals, agencies, services, or community resources appropriate to clients' problems. Recruits and trains families, conducts home studies and family assessments to determine appropriate child placements, and visits clients and/or foster parents on a regular basis to monitor progress toward case objectives. Dentist / Clinical Director

The Dental Director is appointed by and responsible to the CEO as the chief dental officer of the community health center and is charged with providing leadership in all areas relating to the clinical operation of the health center. The Dental Director is responsible for recommending and implementing general and dental clinical policies and procedures; supervising the clinical staff in their dental and administrative duties; ensuring continuous quality improvement in all clinical activities; and acting as an integral part of the management team of the health center.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participates in the clinical program of the organization according to the guidelines established for all staff dentists of similar training.
Provides outpatient care in the clinic and night and weekend call.
Maintains licensure in good standing in the state of Ark.
Organizes the clinical staff and resources in carrying out the health care program of the community health center
Leads the community health center's recruiting efforts for all dental staff. Makes recommendations to the CEO regarding the employment, promotion, transfer, and discharge of all clinical staff and directly conducts the implementation of all decisions relating to the employment of these staff members.
Specifies the responsibilities, authority, and working relationships among the dental clinical staff.
Provides for a clear and effective flow of information between the clinical staff and the management team by conducting monthly staff meetings.
Determines the dental clinic schedule.
Makes recommendations to the CEO regarding the purchase of equipment and supplies needed to provide patient care.
Supervise the quality improvement activities of the health center that relate to the clinical dental program including the clinical care measures.
Conducts annual performance evaluations of all clinical staff.
Participates, with the CEO, the Medical Director, and the Finance Director, as an integral part of the management team of the community health center
Advises and assists the CEO in all major decisions regarding policy and procedures.
Advises and assists the CEO in all financial matters related to billing and collections.
Participates in the completion of the annual federal grant request and other grant applications as needed by assuming responsibility for the clinical portion of those grants.
Reports to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis regarding the clinical dental activities of the health center.
Attend in house PCMH training.
Any other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A dentist's license to practice dentistry in the state of Arkansas.
The ability to employ necessary management techniques in the on-going supervision of the clinical staff.
The ability to analyze complex information and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
The ability to set priorities and to make decisions on critical health care programs and issues.
Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques.
Personal and professional qualities, which will permit the Dental Director to work with the staff of the health care center in such a manner as to earn their confidence and respect.
Participate in on-going age-related in-service training for patients in various age groups.

• Load, unload, store, inventory and transport finished goods and supplies associated with packing and shipping of finished goods
• Using forklift, slip fork, pallet jack or other equipment.
• Check accuracy of item type, quantity and quality of all finished goods and supplies against shipping or receiving documents.
• Other duties may be assigned.
