The MEDITECH Expanse Project Director provides comprehensive strategic, operational, and technical leadership for the planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing governance of the MEDITECH Expanse platform across the entire organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the EHR environment consistently supports high-quality patient care, efficient clinical and business workflows, and organizational strategic priorities. The Program Director maintains accountability for the program's budget, resources, timelines, and alignment with executive objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Governance:
Develop and champion the strategic vision, roadmap, and multi-year plan for the adoption, implementation, and optimization of the MEDITECH Expanse platform.
Serve as the primary liaison to the Executive Leadership Team and Steering Committee, ensuring project scope, progress, risks, and resource requests are clearly communicated and aligned with organizational goals.
Establish and lead the EHR governance structure, defining decision-making processes, managing change control, and ensuring accountability across all stakeholder groups.
Oversee the management of the overall program budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and spending controls.
Operational and Technical Oversight:
Provide leadership for all phases of the Expanse lifecycle, including system selection, planning, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
Manage a portfolio of interconnected projects and program managers, coordinating dependencies and resolving complex cross-functional issues impacting the EHR.
Ensure the technical architecture and interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR) supporting the Expanse environment are robust, scalable, and meet all clinical, operational, and security requirements.
Oversee regulatory compliance activities related to the EHR, including Meaningful Use, MIPS/MACRA, and other federal and state mandates.
Stakeholder Engagement and Optimization:
Maintain consistent, proactive, and visible engagement with key clinical and business users across all departments (e.g., physicians, nurses, financial leadership).
Regularly be present in clinical and business areas to observe workflows, gather direct user feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and ownership regarding the EHR.
Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of system optimization projects aimed at improving clinical documentation efficiency, patient safety, and revenue cycle performance.
Direct the organizational change management strategy, ensuring robust communication, training, and support mechanisms are in place to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology, with at least five (5) years in a senior Program Director or Program Manager role leading large-scale EHR implementation and optimization programs.
Demonstrated, in-depth experience with the MEDITECH Expanse platform is required.

About the Role:
IPSY is looking for a Creative Project Manager to help our Marketing team bring ideas to life. The Role
As a Conversion Project Manager at Bloomerang, you are the first point of contact after the Sales process for clients converting existing data into Bloomerang. You will work closely with new clients to ensure the successful conversion of donor data from their current systems into Bloomerang in alignment with specified project timelines according to organization goals. 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing project management role within the market research or insights industry.
Demonstrated expertise in market research methodologies, data analysis, and generating actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving individual and team goals.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in market research tools, particularly Forsta Surveys (Decipher), and Qualtrics; and MS Office Suite.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage the creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to digital storefronts such as iTunes, Netflix and Amazon
Manage multiple projects from client(s) order to delivery completion, focusing on highest quality and on time delivery
Establish a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needs
Build strong working relationships with clients and deliver world class customer service
Manage, monitor, and update all timelines, setting realistic expectations for day to day deliveries and communicating clearly with clients and internal operations
Work with the billing team to ensure projects are billed correctly and on time to clients
Perform order entries based on client requests and ensure data accuracy in all internal and external systems
Provide strategic solutions to any issues that may arise with clients
Collaborate with operational teams to build processes and make sure workflows operate smoothly and efficiently
Identify areas of opportunity to enhance clients' experience and work closely with other department leaders to drive initiatives and to execute on those opportunities
Support Pixelogic's vision and represent the best interests of both the customer as well as the company
Abide by security policies and protect information entrusted to you
Document processes to use as training guides (including video trainings)
Utilize dashboards, reports and metrics to monitor production milestones and status
Help build and evolve the company and team culture
Participate in capacity planning process for your customers, ensuring accuracy in rolling demand versus capacity forecasts
Participate in Corrective Action Report (CAR) process for client rejections and other issues to ensure proper processes/procedures are always in place to prevent issues from happening and especially recurring
Participate in Operational Initiatives (OI's) in collaboration with technology, operational and admin teams to continuously improve workflows related to your accounts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Localization (subtitling, dubbing) and/or digital media and mastering experience preferred
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Collaborative thinker who works well in a team
Experience in media industry and post-production workflows
Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical individuals
