Jean is a leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare management, technology, operations, finance, and cultural change.

As CEO, Jean focuses on creating the environment that allows Clarify to deliver on its mission by delighting customers and growing a great team. Jean leads the Executive Leadership Team which sets the company’s vision and strategy, and is responsible for ensuring the company’s overall success. Jean believes that healthcare has been held back by a lack of actionable insights, and that by integrating innovative analytics and incentives, we can power better health and outcomes.

Prior to founding Clarify, Jean was a Senior Partner at McKinsey, where he led the Healthcare Digital and IT practice. He also built and served as the founding Head of McKinsey Advanced Healthcare Analytics (MAHA), which provided services and products on healthcare reform, consumer analytics, new payment and pricing models, and risk management. Jean spent several years in the UK, where he helped set up the hospital regulator and served as the Head of Strategy for NHS London, a $15 billion organization which oversaw London’s hospitals, primary and social care.

Jean holds an MD and MBA from Stanford University and an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton. He is a Trustee of the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and the former Vice-Chair of the Board of Lester B. Pearson United World College of the Pacific.

Todd Gottula is a CTO/Co-Founder at Clarify Health. He has worked as Senior VP/General Manager at Advent Software and Exec VP:Global Solutions/CTO at Advent Software. Todd studied at California Institute of Technology- Caltech.

Erik Talvola is a Chief Software Architect at Clarify Health.

Mary Bond is a Chief Nurse at Clarify Health.

Justin has been with Clarify since 2015 as a member of the founding team. Since our early days, Justin has helped to steer the technical vision of the company.Justin has more than 20 years of experience leading product development teams and overseeing design, architecture, feature development, testing, and deployment. Since joining Clarify, his hard work and dedication have been critical to the realization of our technical innovations. Furthermore, as Clarify continues to push for solutions that improve how healthcare organizations care for patients and manage their operations, Justin’s input and leadership have pushed us to achieve the highest levels of reliability, speed, and scale.My passion is solving very complex problems, and the healthcare industry has no shortage of complex problems.At Clarify, I am responsible for all things related to our product’s user interface, including design, development, testing, and deployment of our mobile and web applications.Prior to joining Clarify, I spent 13 years at Advent Software, leading several product development teams, overseeing design, architecture, feature development, testing, and deployment. As VP of Engineering and Software Development, I was responsible for the development of Advent’s cloud-deployed solutions.

Manisha brings more than 15 years experience working with different types of healthcare organizations in the US, Europe, and emerging markets to improve performance and patient care. As Chief Operating Officer, Manisha leads the commercialization and scaling of Clarify’s growing products portfolio. She oversees Clarify’s product, implementation, and customer success teams and leads commercialization strategy and sales enablement across all customer segments.

Prior to Clarify, Manisha was a Partner at McKinsey, working in healthcare across the Health Systems, Medical Products, and Life Sciences practices. She worked extensively on how different stakeholders in the healthcare system integrate digital technologies and data in new ways, take on risk through different payment models, and launch software and service offerings.

Manisha received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Nishta leads the branding, product marketing, communications, and demand generation functions at Clarify Health. Prior to joining Clarify, Nishta served as Chief Marketing Officer at CipherHealth, an enterprise SaaS company servicing the healthcare market. During her four years at CipherHealth, she helped the company grow revenue, scale the team, and operations, as well as re-position the company as a leading Patient Engagement technology company.

Nishta has over 12 years' experience managing B2B and B2B2C brands, and leading marketing teams within large and small organizations. Prior to CipherHealth, Nishta spent two and a half years running her own entrepreneurial ventures. She co-founded and sold fashion accessories online retail startup, SilkPhilosophy.com.

Earlier in her career, Nishta spent 8 years at Eli Lilly in roles spanning sales, brand management, and product launch. In her last role at Lilly, Nishta led the specialty care business unit in the UK, leading sales and marketing for two high-growth therapy areas.

She holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Imperial College, UK, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
