What You'll Do:
* Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
* Performs preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent equipment failure by cleaning air handling systems and reheat coils, monitoring and calibrating air handling systems and replacing filters, motors, fans, belts, etc. on systems.
* Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs and describe options and associated costs to the customer. Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customers in terms that can be understood with options, as possible.
* Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
* Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.

Dent Wizard has an opportunity for Technicians who will remove and install light duty automotive body parts, panels, bumpers, interiors, mirrors, emblems, tail lights, etc.
*What You'll Do:*
* Review each order, work order notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle.
* Perform initial removal of assigned parts from vehicle. Document labor time on work order as it is completed.
* Review work order and initial all completed repair items. Re-Assemble painted vehicle and painted parts.
* Report any equipment problems or failures to management immediately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
*What You'll Need:*
* 1+ year body repair experience.
* Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks. Frequent exposure to toxic chemicals. Moderate noise level. Protective equipment may be required to wear.

The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives and programs, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement throughout the manufacturing location.
Essential functions of the job:
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to impact continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
Directly supervise employees in the Human Resources department; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
