Key Responsibilities Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery performance. Spares Order Management: High quality order fulfillment with a focus on reduced throughput and on time deliveries to increase customer satisfaction. Make/Buy Analysis: Lead comprehensive make/buy evaluations to determine optimal sourcing decisions based on cost, capacity, risk, and strategic fit. Cost-to-Serve Modeling: Analyze total landed costs, tariffs, freight, and logistics expenses to determine the most cost-effective sourcing and distribution strategies. Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with global suppliers to improve performance, reduce costs, and ensure supply continuity.     Job: Senior Process Engineer Type: Full Time Pay: $150K - $225K/Salary Exempt Schedule: Mon-Fri: 45 hrs. per week minimum; hours may increase based on project load and timelines Reports To: Director of Engineering POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for gathering and analyzing technical data used to prepare engineering designs for client projects including developing heat and material balances, creating PFDs and P&IDs, and sizing/preparing equipment specifications. Perform all duties while utilizing knowledge of process industry codes and standards, with personal work experience including project scheduling and managing within an engineering budget. Some travel is an integral part of this position to understand customer requirements and should be assumed to be 30%-50% of your time. Under direction of licensed Funeral Director and/or Embalmer, participates in preparation of the deceased: dressing and casketing. Assists with placing caskets in visitation area, adjust light fixtures, and arrangement of flowers or plants. Takes part in directing and ushering families and service attendees to and from the location of the funeral service. Assists in the transportation of client family to ensure a timely departure and arrival. Assists with arranging and coordinating shipment of remains to and from other cities and locations.
