Job Summary The Associate Dean plans, organizes, and directs COBA operations related to the undergraduate, graduate, and BBA online programs as well as student-related issues. Required Qualifications * Doctoral Degree in one of the disciplines represented in COBA from an Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) institution or an internationally recognized institution of similar quality * Must possess current faculty rank of associate professor or higher * Minimum five years of leadership experience as a Department Chair or equivalent, * Record of academic achievement consistent with the level of appointment including research activity and at least five years of teaching experience in higher education. Must be AACSB qualified. * Demonstrated experience in development, implementation and execution of academic programs * Demonstrated experience in supervision and training of personnel. * Demonstrated high level teaching ability.
