Pros of working at Clark County

Great benefits

Cons of working at Clark County

Nepotism. Jobs given to favorites regardless of experience, education. If you're in with the guy interviewing , you will have advancements/ opportunities.

Clark County benefits

Pers.

What do you like best about Clark County's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing good to say.

How would you improve Clark County's culture?

Make interviewing real! Stop with the rigged results according to who they " like". If you've earned that opportunity through more experience/ education, then that person deserves the opportunity, not your favorite choice/ or family member!!!

How did you prepare for the Clark County interview?

Study up, refresh and reflect on my experience. Mock interviews. Sleep, and grooming. Having confidence in my abilities, training and experience.

How does your compensation at Clark County compare to the industry average?

Average or above

What's the diversity at Clark County like?

Its insulting!Go to some of the workshops/meetings and scan the enviroment.Look at who interviews and their experience .Now look at who is awarded the position. Excuse is better answers, and higher interview ratings. Ratings are subjective, if they want that applicant he/ she will magically gets higher marks than others! Justify the discrimination. They're all in on it!

What brings you the most joy at Clark County?

Nothing anymore...treated like crap, so I dread it!
