As an insurance sales agent at Prudential Insurance, Frank became a member of “President's Club,” the highest honor for top sales at the company and was also the owner of Evergreen Financial Services, his own successful P&C insurance agency. In 1993, at the creation of Evergreen Enterprises, Frank was a significant part of the venture, working with sales, sourcing, and partnerships. In 1995, to meet the needs of a quickly growing business, he sold his sales agency and devoted all of his time to Evergreen by taking on the role of CEO. He also sits on the board of Fudan's “MBA mentor-ship program” by coaching MBA students in their academic studies and career development. Taking on a role as an ambassador in American and Chinese relations, Frank has worked to facilitate business partnerships between the US and China, while inspiring future generations to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.
