PURPOSE
As an employee in Mill Operations at Central Valley Ag, you will be responsible for assisting in the handling of feed products coming in and going out of the feed plant and to perform routine maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in delivery of feed products to customers.
Assists in the loading of feed products for customers.
Comply with HACCP policies and procedures.
Assists with sales/office operations.
Conducts and helps manage inventory.
Monitors and keeps supervisor apprised of inventory levels.
Performs general maintenance of buildings, equipment and vehicles, including necessary documentation.
Provides excellent customer service.
Assists in ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Comply with current Central Valley Ag credit policies.
Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.
Assists other divisions and locations as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
There are no supervisory roles with the position.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
3 to 5 years driving experience.
High School or GED diploma.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish effective working relationships with internal operations and external customers.
Good basic mechanical skills.
Works in a way that demonstrates safety is a priority. Promotes a work environment that is safe for everyone.
