What You'll Bring

What You'll Do
* Own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-site network upgrade program.
* Oversee transition from a centralized to distributed network architecture across six regions.
* Manage store equipment refresh and ensure seamless deployment across thousands of locations.
* Lead vendor strategy, including retooling managed services and evaluating alternatives
* Drive provider upgrades from low-cost broadband to fixed wireless solutions
* Define and enforce new SLAs for multiple service tiers.
* Coordinate across diverse stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
* Maintain rigorous budget control, timeline adherence, and executive reporting.
What You'll Bring
* 8+ years in program management with a focus on network infrastructure, required
* Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-site technology deployments (retail or similar environments preferred), required
* Experience setting up Tier 1/2 Support in a large scaled environment
* Expertise in network architecture design, WAN/LAN upgrades, and managed services.
* Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and SLA governance.
* Familiarity with fixed wireless technologies and major carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile) preferred
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Background in budget management for programs exceeding $10M preferred
