Summary of the position:
The Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR) focuses on selling service, parts and rental solutions to all existing customers and prospects throughout an assigned territory. This role will serve as the primary customer facing sales representative supporting service-related solutions, targeting compressor systems and any other contracted OEM equipment represented by the Hitachi Air Centers. In addition, the ASR will be responsible for developing new service business at existing customer locations and competitive equipment installations. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is based locally in the assigned territory.
Duties and responsibilities:
Meet or exceed assigned territory service revenue and rental sales objectives.
Required to travel and complete customer site visits four (4) out of five (5) days per week.
Minimal office time will be required for team collaboration and follow up.
Prospect new opportunities utilizing all available resources while maintaining existing customers in territory - Convert - Penetrate - Retain (CPR).
Grow market share-focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts and converting competitive accounts, while maintaining existing service business.
Promote, quote and close Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreements.
Identify and communicate new equipment sales leads to the appropriate Equipment Solutions Consultant (ESC).
Understand and practice Strategic Selling principles and concepts.
Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers.
Work with Parts Coordinators, Service Coordinators and Service Managers to respond promptly to customer inquiries - ensure quick turn-around and timeliness for all customer inquiries and RFQ's.
Ascertain customer business needs - assess and recommend new service offering(s) or improved service level ideas (VOC initiatives).
Maintain the highest standards of customer service - strive to meet/exceed customer expectations.
Utilize Sales Force to support and manage customer activities, quotes, leads, etc.
Be a key face of Hitachi Air Center locations to our customer; be professional in all interactions, communications, presentations, appearance, etc. with the customer always.
Prepare all sales and activity reports, presentations, studies, and research as requested.
Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance in business casual attire (i.e., dress pants, collared shirt/blouse/sweater) to make a positive first impression and establish credibility with clients.
Education:
High School Diploma required
Experience with technical product design; experience in compressed air equipment is a plus - mechanical aptitude.
Professional experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a technical/solution selling environment, preferably in the use and/or application of compressed air systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Excellent oral & written communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions to investigate the best customer solution.
A positive customer-focused attitude and successful interaction in a dynamic team environment is a must.
Proficiency with MS Office software, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and manufacturing operating systems, etc.
Experience with SAP and CRM tools is a plus.
Proven time management, planning and organizational skills.
This position may require extensive travel and long hours of driving, including out-of-town sales within the designated region.
Overnight travel may be required 3-6 nights per month for normal job duties, or longer periods of time if travelling for training.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) is responsible for writing traceability matrices to link test cases to use cases. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop manual (functional) testing processes to ensure defect-free software throughout entire lifecycle and execute automated test cases to perform regression testing on builds of Hitachi's hi Recipe (software application that distributes data across Hitachi's CD-SEMs), hi-Frame (a service-oriented software platform for the semiconductor domain that provides a single source of connectivity to CD-SEMs and their functions), and Result Viewer (statistical analysis application built on top of hi-Frame application for viewing and analyzing metrology data from CD-SEMs)
* Write traceability matrices to link test cases to use cases, and execute functional tests based on each iteration of the traceability matrix by gathering and analyzing all primary requirements of hi Recipe, hi-Frame, and Result Viewer software, including Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FSD), and Technical Requirement Document (TSD)
* Identify and analyze causes for abnormal measurement values on CD-SEM software, test software for all upgrades, and ensure compatibility of new releases of software with new versions of test tools for functional, negative, regression, performance, load, and sanity test cases
* Execute complete round of functional testing by reviewing all test documentation (test plan/test cases/test scenarios), conducting smoke testing to ensure stability of code for detailed testing, testing all modules of application (from highest priority to lowest priority test cases) using white box or black box methods, conduct system testing after individual modules have tested, and conducting regression testing to find additional bugs/defects introduced while fixing other bugs/defects
* Write and execute integrated automated test cases using JUnit framework, catch bugs and prevent errors to improve quality software attributes of processes, write and execute automated Unit tests, API tests, GUI tests, functional tests, and regression tests, design test automation framework that supports automated testing for the long run, and develop an execution plan, including select which environments (OS, browser, and varied hardware configurations) the scripts will be executed in
* Develop and document use case models to define step-by-step interactions between roles and systems to achieve a goal, and develop and document test cases to ensure that system performs as designed, while successfully meeting users' needs
* Prepare training documentation for Field Engineers with information on skills, processes, and other information necessary to perform QA tasks, prepare technical communication documents (including instruction manuals) for system users to ensure product consistency and quality and to provide contingencies responses and problem solutions, and create customer presentations to demonstrate end client functional use of software
* Review technical documents with design team, QA team, and Hitachi High-Tech Corporation in Japan, and run software builds against documents to validate information
* Perform software product verification and certification for hi Recipe, hi Frame, Result Viewer, and CD-SEMs by preparing QA environment, servers, and tools for testing, writing manual and automated test cases to cover all possible scenarios, running all manual and automated test cases so that software is bug free, and creating and releasing test reports that include all the defining points of the software application from commencement of testing through certification to guarantee that a system or component complies with its specified requirements and is acceptable for operational use.
* Perform Linux system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, package management, shell scripting, log analysis, test automation, and troubleshooting OS-level and service-related issues (CentOS, Red Hat)
* Conduct server hardware and network diagnostics, including configuring IP settings, configuring firewall settings, verifying connectivity, and resolving performance or hardware-related faults in lab and production environments

How You'll Make an Impact
* Lead TPM deployment and strengthen equipment reliability across NAM sites.
* Facilitate breakthrough objectives, KPI development, and Kaizen planning.
* Champion waste elimination through Lean daily management and visual systems.
* Drive ITM maturity assessments and implement targeted improvement actions.
* Optimize maintenance KPIs and mentor teams on using ITM tools effectively.
* Lead cost‑out initiatives and support root‑cause problem solving.
* Train and coach teams in ITM, TPM, and continuous improvement methods.

Your Background
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, and 10+ years in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or TPM deployment.
* Experience implementing recognized operating systems (e.g., TPS, DBS, HOS).
* Hands‑on experience with CMMS, Autonomous Maintenance, and maintenance KPIs.
* Proven track record delivering measurable improvements including OEE gains.
* Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence without authority.

As a Hitachi Solutions Account executive, you will be responsible for growing your market by participating in all phases of customer engagement. This role will focus on growing sales opportunities within all Microsoft solution areas. POSITION SUMMARY

Identify and analyze causes for abnormal measurement values on CD-SEM software, test software for all upgrades, and ensure compatibility of new releases of software with new versions of test tools for functional, negative, regression, performance, load, and sanity test cases
Execute complete round of functional testing by reviewing all test documentation (test plan/test cases/test scenarios), conducting smoke testing to ensure stability of code for detailed testing, testing all modules of application (from highest priority to lowest priority test cases) using white box or black box methods, conduct system testing after individual modules have tested, and conducting regression testing to find additional bugs/defects introduced while fixing other bugs/defects
Write and execute integrated automated test cases using JUnit framework, catch bugs and prevent errors to improve quality software attributes of processes, write and execute automated Unit tests, API tests, GUI tests, functional tests, and regression tests, design test automation framework that supports automated testing for the long run, and develop an execution plan, including select which environments (OS, browser, and varied hardware configurations) the scripts will be executed in
Develop and document use case models to define step-by-step interactions between roles and systems to achieve a goal, and develop and document test cases to ensure that system performs as designed, while successfully meeting users' needs
Prepare training documentation for Field Engineers with information on skills, processes, and other information necessary to perform QA tasks, prepare technical communication documents (including instruction manuals) for system users to ensure product consistency and quality and to provide contingencies responses and problem solutions, and create customer presentations to demonstrate end client functional use of software
Review technical documents with design team, QA team, and Hitachi High-Tech Corporation in Japan, and run software builds against documents to validate information
Perform software product verification and certification for hi Recipe, hi Frame, Result Viewer, and CD-SEMs by preparing QA environment, servers, and tools for testing, writing manual and automated test cases to cover all possible scenarios, running all manual and automated test cases so that software is bug free, and creating and releasing test reports that include all the defining points of the software application from commencement of testing through certification to guarantee that a system or component complies with its specified requirements and is acceptable for operational use.
Perform Linux system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, package management, shell scripting, log analysis, test automation, and troubleshooting OS-level and service-related issues (CentOS, Red Hat)
Conduct server hardware and network diagnostics, including configuring IP settings, configuring firewall settings, verifying connectivity, and resolving performance or hardware-related faults in lab and production environments
