Hagadone Marine Group is seeking a dependable, hard-working Marine Transportation driver who can take on the responsibility of transporting boats to and from our storage facilities and valued customers. As a representative of our company, the Marine Transportation driver must maintain a friendly and professional appearance and attitude. You must be able to safely navigate through various areas of the region in a safe and timely fashion. As the point of contact for customers while away from the area, you may field questions about our products, service or work to resolve possible problems. You will report back to management and communicate customer issues or concerns to get a satisfying resolution.
Job Responsibilities
Drive a variety of vehicles, towing boats ranging in a variety of sizes while following all necessary traffic and DOT regulations, ensuring that boats are transported safely.
Upload and download boats on and off trailers safely.
Delivering boats to customers while demonstrating a personable and positive attitude.
Communicate with management or other team members when a problem arises, such as traffic, an accident or a missing or inaccurate task.
Attention to detail of daily logs and boat/trailer inventory.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns as they come up and answer questions as they arise.
Able to be on your feet avg of 8-10 hours a day and ability to lift 50+lbs.
Maintain a flawless driving record while representing the company with no tickets, at-fault accidents or incidents.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
2-3 years commercial driving experience
Clean MVR, no more than 2 violations / non-preventable accidents within the past 5 years
No DUI convictions/arrests within the past 10 years
CDL Class A w/ airbrake.
A current DOT Medical Card.
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills
Able to work avg 45 hours a week and a rotating weekend schedule.
Able to climb in and out of vehicles safely, continuously throughout your shift.
Preferred:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Previous boat transportation a plus
Amazing attention to detail
Computer / Phone application Skills.
Ability to navigate boats of any size in any weather condition.

SUMMARY
The NEMT Driver ensures that members are transported safely, respectfully, and efficiently between clinic and mobile unit locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MEMBER TRANSPORTATION & SAFETY
Safely transport members to and from clinics, mobile units, and approved locations.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate different routes effectively. Experience with flatbed and side curtain trailer is a plus.The CDL Commercial Truck Driver is responsible for operating heavy vehicles (over 26,001 lbs GVW) and lighter vehicles to transport products and manage tasks related to delivering those products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial vehicles (26,001+ lbs. GVW and smaller) safely and in compliance with all DOT and company regulations.
Maintain an active Class A CDL and meet all medical and substance testing requirements.
Load, transport, and deliver goods safely and on schedule, including overnight runs as needed.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; report mechanical issues.
Plan routes for timely, efficient deliveries and document delivery details including mileage and fuel logs.
Maintain communication with dispatch/warehouse regarding route updates and incidents.
Assist with loading/unloading, securing cargo, and inspecting inventory for accuracy and damage.
Keep vehicle and work areas clean and stocked.
Uphold professional and courteous customer and team interactions.
Requirements:
Class A Commercial Driver License
Must meet the medical standards established by federal and state laws, rules and regulations for licensed commercial drivers
Meet Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Policy Requirements
Previous commercial driving experience
A clean driving record
Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preparing or receiving shipment of products
Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
Ability to professionally handle complaints and unpleasant customers using decision making and analytical abilities
Strong organizational skills, time management skills, strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally complete administrative tasks
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Ability to work collectively with team members
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
