For Recent CDL A Graduates:
Requirements:
Must have a Class A CDL
At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
Paid Training:
Training type: Regional & OTR
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Training pay: $650/week
Home every other week for 34-48 hours
Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
Paid orientation $300
Requirements for All Drivers:
Age: Must be 21 or older
Driving Record: Fairly clean with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
Employment History: Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps (outside of school or training)
Safety Record: No terminations from previous jobs due to safety concerns
Background Check: No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
Drug Screen: Must pass urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screen
