Cons of working at Class Appraisal

extremely low appraisal fees and highly reviewed reports that are obviously being "reviewed" by inexperienced non-appraisers

Paying the appraiser are full fair fee not 45% of the consumer's "appraisal fee" costs with the rest going to this AMC for no apparent reason
