RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately records the sale, profit, and commissions payable on all sold units
Prints commission sheets and balance to schedule and distributes to Sales manager
Process New and Used vehicle contracts timely and accurately in accounting software
Run end of day after all deals have been posted in ADP
Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
Verify compliance documents
Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mails them to appropriate financial institutions in a timely manner
Daily Floorplan payoffs
Provide administrative support to management and other departments
Performs other duties as assigned Automotive Billing Specialist

Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities
The Vehicle Detailer prepares new vehicles and pre-owned vehicles for sale and delivery by washing, vacuuming, and restoring interior, exterior, and under-hood cosmetics.
In addition to base-level conditioning, the Detailer buffs, waxes, shampoos, applies fabric protection, and replaces parts such as wiper blades, headlights, etc.
Washes and conditions vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under-carriage, and under-hood components and waxing/buffing.
Cleans and conditions vehicle interior, including vacuuming, shampooing, applying fabric/leather treatments, and polishing.
Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
Ensures that work areas are clean, and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.
Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
Performs other duties as assigned.
