Pros of working at Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare
One of the highest paying within area, many positions available. Rick, Sandy, Amanda and a past manager at Residential center are amazing.
Cons of working at Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare
The high pay does not make the behaviors of staff, hr and mainly management worth it, if you take PTO you are told that you are a disruption to your entire program, peers, and clients. They lose the very few amazing managers they’ve had and you’re left with management that resort to juvenile tactics. Managers have zero professionalism and speak poorly to staff about their own peers. HR protects management and chooses to challenge, ignore or minimize concerns from staff. Avoid this organization at all costs, you couldn’t pay me a million dollars an hour to work here.
