We are currently seeking an associateattorney with 4-6 years of insurance defense experience to join our rapidly expanding team in Texas. Candidates must have strong analytical, research and writing skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a Partner, this role will manage all aspects of defense litigation from answer to jury verdict
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents
Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
Sending and responding to discovery, including coordination with clients to obtain relevant responsive documents and information
Conducting legal research on a variety of issues relevant to insurance defense litigation
Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations
Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
Competitive salary, annual performance-based raises, year-end discretionary bonus, and benefits package offered. This is a full-time, remote position.
