The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. **Required Qualifications**
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities
• Inpatient rehab setting working with adults and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric and adolescent cases
• Typical diagnoses include joint replacements, CVA, pain, fractures, neurological conditions, deconditioning, and vestibular issues
• Four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility for five 8-hour shifts if preferred
• Required to work one Saturday per month in inpatient/acute rehab with a day off provided during that week
• Therapist to patient ratio is 1:4
• Evaluations are allotted one hour and treatments 45 minutes
• Care team includes seasoned PTAs, ST, and OT professionals
• Uses Cerner for charting, prior Cerner experience preferred
• Duties include evaluation and treatment of a broad range of adult diagnoses in a team-oriented environment
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• No on-call or floating required
• Block scheduling is not applicable to this role
• Scrub attire should not be blue, forest green, or maroon; unit T-shirts available and tie-dyeing at lunch is encouraged
• Perm employees must wait two years after leaving before returning as a traveler
• No restrictions on requested time off
• Clinic located near a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, rafting, and mountain climbing
Requirements
• Current WV PT license required prior to start; pending state license accepted for consideration
• Minimum of one year recent inpatient rehab physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Flu vaccination required during flu season unless a documented medical exemption is provided
• Must provide two recent manager or charge references from the past two years
• Driver's license and SSN required for consideration
