The Vice President of Digital Marketing & Design is a senior executive leadership role, reporting into the company's Chief Growth Officer, responsible for driving the strategic direction, execution, and oversight of the company's digital marketing across all its digital assets, and creative design functions. Strategic Leadership
Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing and creative design strategy aligned with corporate objectives, market positioning, and long-term business growth.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on brand development, digital initiatives, and design innovation.
Digital Marketing Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, content strategy, and social media.
Direct the firm's digital presence, including website development, lead generation, user experience (UX), analytics, and performance reporting.
Lead the company's new efforts on ensuring a strong Clayco brand presence across all LLMs and Chatbots influencing the company's brand awareness and perception in the marketplace.
Implement marketing automation tools and CRM integration to support business development efforts and track client engagement.
Lead and implement AI initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the whole marketing and communications value chain.
Brand & Design Oversight
Ensure consistency and quality of the firm's brand identity across all digital and print materials, proposals, internal communications, and client-facing assets.
Lead the creative direction for digital assets, video content, RFP responses, presentations, case studies, and visual storytelling efforts.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to reflect the firm's strategic evolution, culture, and market positioning.
Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
Collaborate with business development, operations, human resources, and executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure timely, on-brand, and cost-effective execution of initiatives.
Innovation & Industry Positioning
Identify and implement emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices to enhance marketing efficiency and brand differentiation.
Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and client expectations to continuously refine the firm's digital marketing and design strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in designing clean, professional marketing materials, ideally within the AEC industry.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
Graphic expertise in layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.

The Mechanical Preconstruction Director will be responsible for taking the lead on a particular estimate(s) and providing direction to other team members. Is responsible for accurately calculating project costs by preparing budgets for all Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection/ Process Piping/BMS. Specific Responsibilities:

Review of all RFP or design documents to establish a complete understanding of requested scope of work. Develop RFI lists for project clarifications. Emphasis of work will include more complicated, larger projects.
Coordination with project team to provide take off and estimating, constructability analyses, value engineering, cost control, scope reviews etc.
Ability to estimate and “fill in the gaps” for complete pricing when only conceptual design documents are available.
Take off all materials and prices, identify subcontractor involvement, solicit subcontractor and/or manufacturer prices and estimate direct field labor.
Assist internal team members who are responsible for building positive working relationships with local and national material suppliers and equipment vendors to provide current pricing of lighting, distribution equipment, low voltage systems, and miscellaneous material pricing.
Assist internal team members in maintaining positive working relationships with local and national Electrical /Technology/LV System subcontractors to verify market conditions and labor issues.
Assist internal team members responsible in maintaining current subcontractor and material costs within our estimating software.

15+ years of experience as an estimator in electrical systems.

The Site Safety Manager will provide support to the Project Staff and the Clayco safety team in an effort to execute corporate safety and health standards and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. In addition to your project responsibilities, you shall participate in and complete all assignments designated to you. Assist in development of the project safety program.
Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees. Administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the project safety program.
Manage larger projects up to $160M.
Client interfacing.
Manage other Clayco Safety Supervisors on the project.
Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor representatives to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor's activity on site.
Establish and conduct regular (weekly) safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and with project staff to ensure proper compliance.
Facilitate training for site personnel and ensure that standards are per the OSHA/Clayco and in compliance with Federal and State standards.
Ensure and maintain a log of each subcontractor toolbox safety meeting.
Review each subcontractor's safety program and ensure that it meets or exceeds the project safety program requirements.
Ensure that each subcontractor designates a safety representative that is properly trained in subcontractor's scope of work and has the proper authority to correct safety issues.
Conduct regular daily and weekly jobsite inspections and complete the safety checklist noting safety violations and corrective actions.
Record, notify and prepare written report of any violations or unsafe practices to subcontractors for immediate correction actions.
Stop at once any violation or unsafe acts or practices.
Assist the Project Superintendent in establishing and implementing proper fire prevention, evacuation, and fire control procedures.
Investigate all incidents and generate proper reports.
Establish and maintain all required safety records.
Conduct a monthly overview safety meeting and attend project staff meetings to brief on safety issues.

Requirements
Experience working on Microsoft Projects
Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
6-12 years of safety experience or combination of education and years of experience in building construction, with a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques.
10+ years of field experience minimum.
OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation.
OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.
Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Assist in gathering information to complete Bid Qualification and Criteria requirements.
Attend pre-bid meetings to become familiar with unique project requirements and analyze existing site conditions to determine required scope that is not already indicated.
Review and interpret project documents to determine job-specific material, equipment, and labor requirements for scope development.
Prepare written scopes of work for subcontracts and suppliers and coordinate mechanical scopes with the work of other trades (e.g., civil, structural, architectural, electrical, etc.).
Participate in pre-proposal design coordination meetings to support the development of pricing documents for conceptual estimates.

Provide viable design alternatives and value engineering propositions with analysis supporting benefits to initial and life cycle cost, schedule, maintenance, etc.

Maintain and improve supplier and subcontractor database utilizing the company's prequalification program.
Supervise junior estimators, estimating assistants and/or Interns, providing training and support in a mentoring capacity and review work products for quality control.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of estimating software material cost databases to ensure accurate costs are consistently utilized on bids; communicate data on construction and material cost trends affecting project costs to project teams.
Identify opportunities for improvement in departmental processes, approach, and execution of estimating and preconstruction functions; assist in creating or adopting new tools to maximize productivity with the lowest attendant value of acceptable risk.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or related field, or a combination of education (including trade schools) and professional experience.
5-10 years of experience in preconstruction/estimating with a focus on mechanical systems (i.e., Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, Piping).

The Project Development Manager will have responsibility for working with clients to define and develop projects from conceptual ideas and feasibility to a defined project that is ready for detailed design, procurement, and construction execution. The Role We Want You For
As a Senior Preconstruction Engineer, you will drive the bidding process for construction projects by crafting precise conceptual and hard dollar estimates, developing proposals, and managing subcontractor bids. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project documents, perform quantity take-offs, conduct constructability reviews, and implement value engineering analyses. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping departmental strategies and fostering continuous improvement.
The Specifics of the Role
Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the Preconstruction team to deliver accurate proposals across various business units, including Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Residential sectors.
Quantity Take-Offs: Perform detailed quantity take-offs for specific scopes of work to support accurate estimating.
Subcontractor Management: Oversee the solicitation process for subcontractor bids, build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, and maintain a comprehensive master list of subcontractors/vendors.
Bid Evaluation: Prepare and analyze Bid Evaluation sheets to ensure competitive and fair bidding processes.
Schedule and Conditions Review: Evaluate project schedules, assist in drafting General Conditions, and contribute to the final assembly of estimates for presentation to owners.
Handoff and Support: Facilitate a seamless transition of estimates, bid information, drawings, and specifications to Project Management, and assist Project Managers with contract negotiations, change orders, and other project needs.
Historical Data Management: Develop and maintain historical data on unit prices to inform future estimating and bidding processes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction, with a strong track record in project bidding and management.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of building construction, materials, systems, and market conditions. Proficiency in estimating and quantity takeoff software.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical Skills: Strong conceptual abilities with a knack for working with limited information, and proven technical skills in mathematical calculations.
Meeting Experience: Experience participating in Preconstruction meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for field operations and onsite construction management of design-build construction projects, specifically quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, construction, start up, and testing on highly complex projects nationwide.

Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.

Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels.
5+ years of experience in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management, on projects of 50+ million, ideally with design-build experience.
Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
Ability to lift objects at least 60lbs.
