Index and organize transaction documents. * Draft and file UCC financing statements. * Provide litigation, investigation, bankruptcy, and regulatory support as needed. * Assist with contract administration including reviewing, proofing and summarizing key contractual provisions in electronic database, and tracking contractual obligations. * General and as-needed support to the legal operations function.
