Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * A minimum of two (2) years supervisor or leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment. * Willing and able to work nights, days, weekends, and holiday work hours. Shift schedule is subject to change during employment based on business needs. * Experience driving safe work practices, including Lock Out/Tag Out, forklift safety, machine guarding, hazardous materials, etc. * Experience using a computer for record-keeping, documentation, and reporting, including experience with Microsoft Office. What Will Put You Ahead * Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical or business discipline. * Two years of gypsum wallboard experience or a minimum 4 years of Georgia-Pacific Discrete manufacturing experience. * Experience using basic accounting and financial knowledge. * Experience working in continuous improvement environments.
