Check incoming manifest paperwork to ensure all details are correct.
Enter manifest information into computer system, verifying DOT descriptions, RCRA hazardous waste codes, and other details.
Create labels for waste containers using the computer-based waste tracking system.
Collaborate with the Customer Service group to resolve discrepancies.
Receive bulk loads and create rejection manifests/paperwork as necessary.
Keep organized waste shipment files, both digital and physical.
Mail TSDF-signed waste manifests back to generators.
Scan and upload billing documents and shipment records to the EPA/E-manifest system.
Upload information into the management system.
Sign manifest paperwork to facilitate truck releases and distribute manifest copies to the appropriate parties.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Purpose
Transmission & Substation (T&S) Standards are responsible for maintaining and developing new standards and engineering practices that ensure standardized, efficient, safe, and cost-effective designs. This position is responsible for Overhead Transmission Line Engineering Design Standards including voltages of 765kV, 345kV, 138kV & 69kV.
T&S Standards include Engineering Practices, Engineering Standard Practices, Material Specifications, Construction Specifications and Generic Design Drawings. This consists of various responsibilities including reviewing, updating, and facilitating the development of T&S design standards, while working closely with the T&S groups to ensure effective standard implementation. Primary Duties

Primary Purpose
Provide analytical schedule support for Sr. Project Controls Schedulers, Project Managers, Managers of Projects and Directors. Ensure adherence to standard milestone reporting, policies, programs, processes and scheduling protocols. Responsible to develop status and analyze detailed critical path schedules, workload and resource forecasts through the use of computer applications such as: Primavera P6, Project View (ComEd and PECO), Hyperion System, Asset Suite 8, Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project, etc. Actively works to support the project closeout process and contributes to the development of reports to identify closeout issues. * Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules to assist in Centrally Managed work execution and revise schedules to recover from missed milestones, project changes and emergent events. Develop and report out earned value, CPI, and SPI indicators.
* Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views of all projects. Provide resource loading and utilization for integrated resource reports. Develop reports and perform historical trending research. Update schedule status weekly, biweekly or monthly, depending on the project/program.
* Assist with the development and updates of standard schedule templates of typical projects and programs. Make updates in scheduling tools to adjust work order/material request start and finish dates to support dynamic project needs.
* Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting session to ensure schedule and cost alignment.
* Interface with other departments and within the department and represent Project Management/Controls regarding schedule process and procedural issues. Serves as a change agent and fosters a high-performance culture and promotes diversity and inclusion.
* Ensures that all projects are statused, placed in service, and closed out in appropriate timeframes in all operational systems. Ensure adherence to the scheduling procedure by developing weekly, monthly and long-term detailed critical path schedules.

**Primary Purpose**
The Transmission Lines Engineering (TLE) Overhead and Underground Designer and Doc Control will be assisting lead designers in reviewing all Issue For Records (IFR) packages from vendors and importing them to internal systems, updating Transmission records, and retaining records for Transmission Overhead (TOH) and or Transmission Underground (TUG) teams by scanning all historical Transmission drawings and records and retaining them in internal systems. The designer will assist in developing TLE Document Control specific processes and associated procedures ensuring documents and changes comply with established requirements of TLE department. They will assist is transferring design models to AutoCAD drawings. They will work under supervision to assist TOH TUG designers. Skills in PLS-CADD, modeling Transmission Lines structures, or Transmission Underground designs are a plus.
Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
**Primary Duties**
+ Assists experienced engineers in performing well-defined engineering assignments exercising independent discretion; (e.g. Collect data, perform analysis, interpret results, & draw conclusions)
+ Assists in the performance of complex engineering assignments.(e.g. Analyze and interpret the results of power flows and perform electrical tests, and analyze non-specific and ambiguous results)
+ Assists with technical consultation, plan developments and recommendations for customer and company systems and processes; (e.g. Verify and validate studies, blueprints, or designs against accepted engineering principles and practices)
+ Evaluates effectiveness of current technical systems and processes. Participates on teams; (e.g. Design high voltage transmission and distribution circuits, meeting all engineering standards and criteria)

**Minimum Qualifications**

As a Logistics Coordinator with Tradebe you will facilitate communication between drivers and receiving teams, manage documentation, and coordinate the arrival and departure of tankers and roll off boxes. This role combines problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth logistical operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
Follow all regulations, standards, and internal policies, to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Control traffic by directing and communicating with drivers.
Guard entrance gate of warehouse or other property.
Open gate to allow entrance or exit of employees, truckers, and authorized visitors.
Work closely and communicate with area managers and plant staff to direct drivers inside the plant for all deliveries.
Log and scale outbound and inbound trucks in/out.
Store and maintain shipping documents for outbound loads and ensure the driver receives correct paperwork to transport.
Electronically log and create disposal purchase orders, transportation purchase orders using specific contracts.
Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
Work closely with accountants and accounts payable to ensure all shipping documents are in our database to allow invoice payments to be completed.
Review invoices or parked documents for completion
Track, electronically log, and complete intercompany manifests. Transfer waste into facility. Proof and verify accuracy from paper manifest, update SAP to ensure correct data inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
