Description Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Completions Foreman. This position is located in Cambridge, OH and will report to the Completions Superintendent. Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Front line supervision of all field operations associated with completions • Day to day coordination of WOR's, coil, frac crews, wireline units, miscellaneous pumping and flow back • Coordination of field consultants • Ensure all Ascent BMP's are implemented and updated • Ensure that all operations are conducted under Ascent's EHS policies and procedures • Manages completion and workover activities • Manages the completion team in Ohio that consists of employees and consultants • Analyzes problems and provides solutions to correct them • Promotes safety culture to deliver top tier EH&S performance • Manages vendors through daily/weekly communication and quarterly service quality reviews to resolve and eliminate service quality issues • Responsible for managing daily reporting using WellView software • Works with procurement to prepare tenders/RFPs and evaluates the results Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Minimum Requirements: • Proven leadership/managerial expertise • Significant experience with horizontal completions is a must • Work over rig and coil tubing experience a must • High degree of knowledge of frac, cased hole wireline, workover rig, coiled tubing, and slickline operations • Fair degree of knowledge of how downhole completion and slickline tools function • Problem solving skills, management experience, and communication skills are necessary • Peleton software suite experience is a plus • The individual must be ok with after-hours phone calls including weekends and holidays Education & Work Experience Required Minimum Requirements: • 8+ years supervising completion operations Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The Foreman provides daily leadership over crews to ensure a safe working environment, quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and compliance with governmental agencies. Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Foreman is the first line of supervision to field crews. Roles and Responsibilities: Verifies client invoices against projects for proper billing. Monitors and manages employee attendance and material coordination sheets from the field crews. Updates daily crew schedules and communications to operating company Supervisors Processes client job packets, coordinates with permit technician and coordinates the accuracy and updates for Material Releases for individual projects. Assists in the coordination and delivery of client notification letters. Schedules locates, locate meets and municipal inspector meetings. Maintains organized document storage retention. Maintains updated job scheduling and completion records. Researches and responds to inquiries from internal departments regarding billing units, time, and expenses. Schedules quality and safety crew inspections for Operations management Supports the coordination of third-party vendor rentals and repairs for individual job projects. Coordinates and schedules the inspection and certification of tools and equipment. Coordinates and schedules ancillary services on projects with Supervisor's assistance. Maintains logs and minutes of phone calls, discussions, requests, and events for internal and external clients. Gives estimated times, materials, equipment, and supplies needed. Sends crews on assignments and assists with operational tasks. Monitors inventories and requests supplies and equipment needed. Identifies hazardous materials prior to commencing work using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Utilizes a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues. Prior crew coordination experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis Experience working with underground utilities desired. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment. The expectation is that the Foreman is responsible for safe and efficient operation of his crew and equipment needed to perform multiple duties. Must be able to run a crew with assigned job sites in addition to various activities around job site as required. Assure safety of crew at all times and adhere to the U.S. Occupational Safety Health Administration's (OSHA) construction regulations (i.e. mandatory use of trench boxes). Follow safety procedures to ensure safety of self and crew at all times. Personal and crew use of personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e. hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, high visibility vest, proper footwear and gloves) and proper attire per task assigned. Educate and promote those who work for you. Be aware of each employee's ability to become what is needed. Empower your crews with proper training and project preparation to allow them to work efficiently and independently. Coordinate schedules, issues, etc. with the Customer, Project Manager, Operations Manager and leadership/members of In-Depth Excavation. Plan each day's jobs and resources the day before and communicate plan effectively to crew(s), Customer, Project Manager, Operations Manager and leadership/members of In-Depth Excavation. Scheduling to include labor assignments, and coordination with builder and layout. Stay on top of the schedule and adjust accordingly as early as possible. Be flexible and roll with changes as required. Maintain a respectful, positive and empowering attitude. You will have the opportunity to solve problems on a daily basis, technical, crew, logistical, customer and many others. Plan to the best of your ability and anticipate problems before they arise. You will be an integral part of this team and while demolition is our primary focus, there will be other projects such as Excavations and Pipe / Water line installation's. Qualifications: Minimum 3 Years of Verifiable Experience as an crew foreman. Effectively execute the skills of a Crew Foreman. Ability to read and interpret documents and plans including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to install water, sewer, underground work. Complete projects in a thorough manner. Ability to use apps such as Timesheet programs. Good verbal and written communication skills. Bay Area Demo is looking to hire a skilled demolition foremen to our demolition team. Responsibilities will include safely tearing down old or unsound building structures, as well as execute interior demolition jobs and providing oversite and assistance to company managers. The demolition foremen daily responsibilities include, Communicating with onsite project managers, writing daily operation reports. Making sure demolition laborers understand and are executing the correct demolition scopes. Providing safety information and making sure crew are working safely during operations Etc... Onsite training will be provided. Health insurance will be available if needed to new employees. A preferred candidate would be bilingual in Spanish.
