    The Industrial Cleaning Crew Leader understands how to set up, perform, operate, maintain, and perform minor repairs of hydroblasting equipment, as well as understanding safety rules and regulations. The Crew Leader will organize projects and manage an individual crew of employees including technicians and operators. They will understand and be able to fulfill the duties of the previously mentioned positions, as well as have the competency to complete project paperwork to support billing, payroll, and safety data. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive, and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time. Provide direct supervision, coordination, and continuity to assigned crew and provide necessary communication from dispatch, supervisor, or account manager. Performs Hazard Recognition Awareness to remove all hazards from the workplace. Supervise the assigned personnel, equipment, material and subcontractors for the assigned work. Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to work plan schedule, quality, budget and safety objectives including but not limited to, layout and hookup requirements and assigned crew work lists for setup, processing, rig-down and decontamination. Maintain the project work-site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA and OSHA requirements. Supervise assigned EnviroVac personnel and subcontractors and communicates with supervisor regarding employee performance management. Ensure equipment is received and maintained in good working condition throughout the job, and report all deficiencies as they arise to all appropriate parties. Report any unsafe or environmentally unsound condition as well as report situation in accordance with company regulations and procedures. Carryout all company policies. Monitor morale of personnel and endeavor to maintain a high level and "can do" attitude. Maintain working knowledge of current, applicable regulations. Maintain a problem-solving attitude and attempt to procure additional work. Perform physical labor duties as needed based on client requirements, client contract, staffing constraints, and as directed by the assigned Supervisor or Account Manager. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Must meet all physical requirements to be able to safely perform the duties of Industrial Cleaning Technicians and Operators. Large industrial cleaning equipment and materials used Exposure to extreme climate, including but not limited to sub-freezing and high temperatures up to 140 degrees. Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50lbs. Ability to climb ladders in heights of up to 250 feet. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of Industrial Cleaning or directly related experience preferred Strong written and oral communication skills; effective interpersonal communication across various levels of the organization, as well as with external customers and vendors. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to understand and follow specific procedures and directions, with an unwillingness to cut corners. Must be able to measure qualitative and quantitative work completed by employees. Build/monitor/communicate on-call schedule and ensuring effective use of technician work hours including approval of all Technician . Manage all field tickets and invoices for measurement area to ensure correct billing and timely payment. Schedule and ensure compliance of all contractor work related to measurement. Facilitate and attend cross-functional team meetings with production, facilities, I&E, and other stakeholders to ensure the execution of measurement needs in the area. Ensure all measurement equipment within area meets company and industry standards. Ensure all measurement procedures in the area are being followed according to company and industry standards. Provide cost effective solutions for measurement problems. Monitor industry proposed measurement changes and latest technologies. Provide technical and supervisory leadership to area measurement technicians and facilities to ensure the safe, accurate and efficient operations of all equipment and systems. Responsibility includes budgets, safety programs, environmental protection programs, governmental and Company compliance, employee training and development, technical support, gas balancing and personnel and administrative functions within the measurement area of responsibility. Management of minor projects. Provide input and participate in researching candidates, interviewing, and making offer requests for Measurement Technician candidates. Responsible for training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work for direct reports. Complete performance appraisals and establish yearly goals for direct reports. As needed assist in evaluating new technology and equipment for oil and gas measurement. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Competencies Familiar with API Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards, American Gas Association Standards, Gas Processors Association Standards, industry measurement standards, and typical contract agreement language. Familiarity with field instrumentation, meters, transmitters, flow computers, etc. Understands the methods of measurements used for custody transfer.
