The Midstream Operations Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintains a safe operating environment including the utilization of Stop Work Authority; follows all EQT policies and procedures. WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical Demands: This position requires sitting, lifting and filing throughout most of the day. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. #CH Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects Perform waste pickups throughout customer facilities Conduct chemical bulking and consolidation Package and label waste to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance Assist with on-site spill response as required Operate forklifts safely Inspect drums for integrity and regulatory compliance Ensure safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles Complete waste stream sampling and profiling Work extended (> 8 hrs.) time periods Attend all compliance and safety update meetings Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance Safe loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste Conduct waste stream sampling and profiling as necessary Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines Perform other duties as assigned
