Production OperatorPerforms a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of production processes and responsible for day to day operations associated with the production lines.
Essential Functions
Responsible for overall maintaining of a production line, including starting and stopping of all equipment (palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, drop packers, injection, etc.) as applicable.
Ability to perform minor adjustments to production equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval.
Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report and Carton Top Load Report
Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and actions and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations. Personal protective equipment is to be used where required.
Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms. Bale plastic, cardboard and contaminated bottles when needed; grind bottles when needed.
Raw materials: keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, tray and pallet wraps (plastic rolls), pallet glue for hot melt tanks, slip sheets, etc. in adequate amounts to ensure continuous smooth running of equipment and operation.
Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out hourly inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately.
Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required
Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.
Understanding of computer systems such as Oracle/MES or current order management system
Comprehension of line flow and manufacturing process to maximize through put
Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

JOB SUMMARY
Poly6 are seeking a proactive and dependable Production Operator to join our agile, dynamic team as we commission and ramp production at our state-of-the-art investment casting core facility. This individual will report directly to the Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Systems and will work closely with the Lead Process Engineer.
The Production Operator will play a central role in operating production equipment, coordinating labor, and ensuring parts are completed and delivered on schedule. They will also perform first-line maintenance and troubleshooting and escalate appropriately to engineering and facilities teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced technician who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and takes full ownership of production goals and equipment usage.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Labor Coordination:
Operate and monitor all critical production machinery related to ceramic core manufacturing.
Ensure consistent part flow and successful completion of daily and weekly production targets.
Coordinate labor and operator assignments across shifts to meet changing throughput demands.
Adjust shift schedules and task assignments in real time based on demand and machine availability.
Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting:
Become a power user of production equipment, executing setup, operation, and routine maintenance per SOPs.
Document and perform initial troubleshooting for machine alarms or faults; escalate unresolved issues.
Record and analyze machine availability, downtime causes, and performance deviations.
Data Logging & Process Oversight:
Track and review process data using internal production tracking and data logging tools.

The Production Operator - Filling Machine ensures that filling equipment, tools, supplies, and work areas are maintained according to applicable GMP. Job DescriptionWeekend Cleaning Crew Technician
Schedule: Friday-Sunday (3×12-hour shifts) Hours: Work 36 hours / Paid for 40 Status: Full-Time - Weekend Shift
The Weekend Cleaning Crew Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our production environment. This position focuses on cleaning and performing minor repairs on equipment and production lines used throughout the facility.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Clean and perform minor repairs on Cefla spray booths, overhead spray booths, and production lines.
Safely operate hand tools, cleaning equipment, and basic mechanical devices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, following all company safety and compliance standards.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely and use proper PPE at all times.
Work independently while also communicating effectively within the team.
Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and complete Allegro hood training (training provided).
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and work in tight or confined spaces.
Regularly lift up to 10 lbs; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Perform repetitive motion and physically demanding tasks during 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work with cleaning chemicals and adhere to all safety protocols.
Completion of Lockout/Tagout and Allegro hood training (must be completed upon hire if not currently certified).
