TWIN PEAKS JOB DESCRIPTION: JANITOR / BUSSER GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This job requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized.
THE UNIFORM
* Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
* Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat.
* Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained.
* Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
* Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
* Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn.
* Clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Janitor / Busser include, but are not limited to:
* Adhering to uniform standards
* Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
* Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
* Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
* Ability to work as a team
* Train using tablets or computer
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
* Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Janitor Busser.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate in English. Must be able understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision. Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings
Clean interior and exterior glass
Work on ladders up to 32 feet
Operate a power washer
Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.
Determining whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted and adapting window cleaning techniques accordingly.
Using a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.
Using toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills.
Ensuring that all window cleaning and lift equipment are in good working order.
Operating aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings.
Ensuring that the company vehicle is always adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies.
Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.

Job Description Were looking to hire dependable workers who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. Youll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, dusting, emptying trash, and other specific client needs. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning, and takes pride in a job well done.
Responsibilities
Maintain high quality cleanliness of the building
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
Clean windows, supply and restock restrooms.
Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs
Qualifications
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
Drivers license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
Excellent stamina and physical health
Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
