Description & Details: Performing daily custodial duties required for the routine cleaning and upkeep of buildings. Performs duties related to General Facilities maintenance. Perform custodial work required for the routine cleaning and upkeep of buildings; move furniture and equipment, collect waste and recycling. Perform other custodial related duties such as cleaning, renovating and renewing floor surface finishes; clean windows, walls, carpets, woodwork, offices, labs, classrooms and restrooms; clean and dust furnishings; maintain snow and ice. Assist in the set up and tear down of special events. Work Schedule: AM and PM Shifts Hiring Range: $35,586 Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
