Essential Duties
* Thoroughly clean all restrooms. This includes all fixtures, floors, counters, and showers.
* Restock consumables (i.e. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer) in restrooms, exam rooms, kitchens, and all other areas with dispensers.
* Vacuum all carpets and rugs.
* Clean and sanitize countertops, door handles, high-use chairs, tabletops, etc.
* Empty all rooms' trash and recycling receptacles; take outside to the dumpsters.
* Clean housing units and apartments as part of the "room turn" process.
* Perform flooring deep cleans (strip & wax, polish, carpet steaming, etc).
* Perform exterior cleaning when assigned.
* Keep storage and supply areas clean and organized. Collaborate with supervisor on supplies inventory and ordering.
* Meet regularly with supervisor to review and discuss the work.
* Notify supervisor of anything in need of repair or attention.

All teams leave from their home directly to customer locations each day.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.
How do I get paid?
We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you'll be able to see your bi-weekly payment and pay stubs.

Driver's license (not mandatory but preferable)
Ability to focus on details to professionally clean home or office.
Ability to get to work on time, be reliable and constant.
Responsibilities of the cleaner is:
Working in cooperation with team members to provide an efficient and timely service.
Improve the quality of life of our customers by recognizing and responding to their priorities.
Follow Maid Brigade's cleaning system to provide excellent customer service.
Benefits offered to cleaners are:
Stable income and good wages
Paid training program.
Pay base $15 dollars ($17 with a driver's license!)
Make between $17 per hour depending on experience, productivity bonuses, and tipping opportunities ($150 in cash when you complete your 90-day probationary period)
Vacation, PTO, and paid holidays
Flexible working hours and weekdays only. NO nights, NO Weekends, NO Holidays
We provide company cars, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
