What you'll do: Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties after fire, smoke, or water damage. Clean and restore personal contents (furniture, appliances, décor, etc.) Pack, transport, and unpack contents safely and efficiently. Assist with deodorization, ozone, and HEPA filtration processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, equipment, and company vehicle. Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and occasionally with customers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work. Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed.
