We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our 150-unit and 55-unit apartment complexes. You will work closely with onsite Maintenance Technicians and Property Managers to ensure our buildings and grounds meet high standards of care. Key Responsibilities Perform daily janitorial and cleaning duties in common areas including foyers, hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, restrooms, community spaces, and ceiling vents. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces as needed. Remove trash and recycling; maintain clean and odor-free dumpster/trash areas.
