Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain injection mold components using approved tools and cleaning agents, including isopropyl alcohol, brushes, rags, Scotch-Brite pads, rotary tools, Q-tips, orange cleaner, ultrasonic tanks, and an ice blast machine. Follow all documented procedures and step-by-step instructions specific to each component type to ensure consistent and compliant cleaning practices. Inspect cleaned parts for residues, wear, or damage and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Work efficiently to meet production and maintenance schedules while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tools and equipment after use. May also be required to clean mold plates as part of the maintenance process. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning materials and chemicals. Collaborate with maintenance and tooling personnel to support overall mold performance and reliability. Requirements: Ā· High school diploma or equivalent required.
