Join us! Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Custodial Team Member to join our Operations Team. The Operations team is responsible for designing and implementing efficient day-to-day systems and routines that contribute to a joyful school culture and the highest-levels of learning, instruction and organizational stewardship (finance, data, compliance, asset management, facilities, transportation, food, etc.). The primary responsibility of this role is to perform general cleaning duties - including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and restocking all bathrooms, cleaning classrooms, removing trash, and related tasks. By keeping our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming, this role directly contributes to a positive school culture and an environment where students can thrive academically and socially. This is an hourly, part-time position which will report to the Operations Manager.
